Advice on your Project Assessment:
Try to imagine the individuals that you work with; their characteristics and needs. Conduct a simple Training Needs Analysis of their existing skills and required skills. Find a Skill Set (within your vocational training package) that can help fill the skills gap across ALL three (3) workplace students.
The goal is to create a Workplace-based Learning Plan that allows you to train workplace students on relevant vocational education. Draw on your experience of your workplace and use real-world considerations towards your Workplace-based Learning Plan.
Additionally, the Marking Rubric on the following page will guide you on each section of the Workplace-based Learning Plan.
Context & Conditions of Project Assessment:
Your vocational training package and your industry will reflect the context of this Project Assessment. Additionally, the environment of the Project will be your current workplace and current work colleagues as ‘workplace students’. Alternatively, you can use a previous workplace if you do not have a current workplace (and previous work colleagues as ‘workplace students’ if suitable).
Workplace resources, stakeholders and policies MUST inform your Workplace-based Learning Plan.
